Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  1. Set and enforce SOPs for Pods, monitor customer complaints, and take corrective action when necessary to ensure consistent order acceptance and restaurant ratings.
  2. Manage financial and P&L performance at the unit level, monitor costs, and ensure adherence to the Annual Operations Plan (AOP).
  3. Oversee training and professional development for direct reports, ensuring optimal team performance and low attrition rates.
  4. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and implement safety measures, tracking performance through safety scorecards.

Key Deliverables

  1. Achieve AOP targets by monitoring and improving unit-level performance and identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
  2. Ensure regular audits, track inventory, and review expenses to minimize wastage and excess stock.
  3. Execute process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance food safety and overall operational efficiency.
  4. Maintain a high level of team performance through regular feedback, training, and career development initiatives.
