Area Supervisor

Area Supervisor Roles and responsibilities:

• Shift punctuality and grooming of the parking team of All sites in Chennai
• Shift briefing and important considerations
• Discipline and frisking
• Maintain full ground strength for all sites in chennai
• Ensure minimum queuing at entry, exit and central pay station
• Covorniate to all sites for Reports , MAnpower, Training , Audits etc..
• Prepare shift end reports if required
• Ensure SOPs are followed by all sites in chennai ;location
• Track individual performance of cashiers and wardens, Supervisor ,ACPM ,s
• Conduct locational training programmes regularly
• Conduct surprise audit checks in PMC site
• Handle incidents (theft, accidents). Escalate if unresolved
• Provide customer service punctures, direction
• Handle VIP entry and exit
• Liaison with mall operations manager
• Baselocation is PMC site , Regularly visit othe r sites aswell .
• Shuold know Car driving ( Automatic & Manual )
• System Knowledge is complursary ( MS office /ERP / PMS systems )
• Shuold have a Two wheeler .for daily commute to Other sites

Required Profile:

Age 27 and above, Minimum graduate or higher educated, having team management and team handling experience of minimum 07 years must have handled a team of 70 + people and more, computer savvy and well versed with MS Office, Email and Business communication Skills (English Language written and spoken) , Work experience from big Retail format stores, House Keeping , Security service providing Background.)
