Mitramaya Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Area Manager to oversee ongoing construction and plumbing projects while also managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned area. This role involves coordinating project execution, supervising field teams, handling client communication, and supporting the overall operational and business development goals of the company. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight & Execution: Supervise and monitor construction, plumbing, and related service projects in the area. Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress and ensure quality and compliance. Resolve operational issues and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies at all sites. Sales Support & Client Relationship Management: Interact with existing and potential clients during project visits. Identify new work opportunities and inform the management team for follow-up. Support business development efforts by sharing client feedback and market insights. Help strengthen the company’s presence and reputation in the region. Team & Vendor Coordination: Manage and guide on-site engineers, supervisors, and third-party workers. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and services. Ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status, resource utilization, and operational activities. Document client interactions, work progress, and project issues. Share regular updates with senior management, highlighting area performance and improvement areas. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in project operations, client handling, or field supervision. Good understanding of construction and plumbing work execution. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple projects across locations.
