Area service Incharge

The candidate for the position of Area Service Incharge for Navi Mumbai at Jio should possess a Graduation and Diploma in Engineering stream along with 6-10 years of experience in After sales service. As an Area Service Incharge, you will be responsible for resource planning, recruitment, and deployment. Your key roles will include partner lifecycle management, ensuring onboarding quality, and taking accountability of service deliverables. You will be required to ensure adequate manpower availability, monitor daily performance, motivate the team, and provide proper training. Regular visits to partners and markets will be necessary to gather customer feedback, mentor and counsel manpower, and motivate partners to achieve timely targets. Handling escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with Sales, Service, Network, and Finance teams are also vital aspects of the role. Your involvement in various Business Activities as required is expected. The ideal candidate should possess strong skill sets in relationship management, delegation, team management, diversity management, and problem-solving. Previous experience in the area/zone for DTH Industry/Device Operations, geography knowledge, and domain knowledge of DTH/Cable/Telecom/Devices will be advantageous.
