Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Service Executive located in Jamshedpur. The Area Service Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing service inquiries, and supervising service teams. The role also involves maintaining organized records of service activities and adhering to company protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
• Proven experience in customer service and customer relationship management
• Team management and organization skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to service-related challenges
• Previous experience in a service executive or related role is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
