Area Service Engineer

Role Overview: As a Maintenance Technician, your main responsibility will be to maintain, service, and provide technical support for equipment, systems, and services. You will be performing regular inspections, troubleshooting breakdowns and defects, and providing technical support and guidance to customers. Additionally, you will be involved in installing new hardware, software, or systems, training customers on how to use specific types of hardware, collaborating with other professionals to solve problems, tracking newly acquired systems and equipment, and maintaining field service records. Key Responsibilities: - Perform regular inspections and troubleshoot breakdowns and defects - Provide technical support and guidance, answering queries and solving problems - Install new hardware, software, or systems - Train customers on how to use specific types of hardware - Collaborate with other professionals to solve problems - Track newly acquired systems and equipment - Maintain field service records Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role - Technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment and systems - Strong communication skills to provide technical support and guidance - Ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals - Detail-oriented with good documentation skills Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus.
