Area Service Engineer

You will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and providing technical support for equipment, systems, and services. Your main tasks will include performing regular inspections, troubleshooting breakdowns and defects, providing technical support and guidance, installing new hardware/software/systems, training customers on hardware usage, collaborating with other professionals, tracking newly acquired systems and equipment, and maintaining field service records. - Perform regular inspections and troubleshoot breakdowns and defects - Provide technical support and guidance, answer queries, and solve problems - Install new hardware, software, or systems - Train customers on how to use specific types of hardware - Collaborate with other professionals to solve problems - Track newly acquired systems and equipment - Maintain field service records - Previous experience in equipment maintenance and technical support - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively with a team - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus.
