Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of Territory Executives in assigned region. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for dermatological product range. • Monitor field activity, provide training, guidance, and performance reviews. • Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitor activities. • Ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional activities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, skin clinics, and chemists. - Promote and sell dermatology products to doctors, clinics, and chemists. - Build strong relationships with dermatologists and healthcare professionals. - Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure territory coverage. - Execute marketing strategies and ensure proper brand visibility. - Collect and report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer insights. - Maintain proper call records and submit reports.
