Roles & Responsibilities:

• Developing a business development strategy focused on project work and customer satisfaction
• Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
• Expanding the business in the allotted territory with Contractors, Architects, and fabricators.
• Discussing with the customer on various issues related to the concerned projects/ assignments.
• Carrying out Post order Management Activities.
• Payment Collections as Per Terms agreed with Customer
• Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid sales
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements:

• Sales experience in the building materials industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Product knowledge or willingness to learn about building materials
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets
• Team Handling is must

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM software
• Knowledge of construction industry trends and developments
• Network of contacts in the construction industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
