Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution
: Develop and implement local sales strategies and marketing campaigns to achieve regional sales targets for SME Term Loans.
Business Development
: Identify and source potential clients, including small and medium-sized businesses, through market research, networking, and referrals.
Team Management
: Lead, motivate, and provide guidance and training to a team of sales professionals or Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team goals.
Client Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Cross-selling
: Promote and cross-sell other relevant banking and financial products to business loan clients.
Internal Collaboration
: Work closely with internal teams, such as credit risk management, underwriting, and operations, to ensure timely processing and disbursement of loans.
Market Monitoring
: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis
: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to senior management.
Compliance
: Ensure adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines for loan products.
