Area Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving patient footfall, building strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and hospitals, and expanding the hospital’s presence across the assigned geographical region. The role involves strategic planning, lead generation, market penetration, and managing a team of sales representatives (if applicable).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Identify, build, and maintain relationships with referring doctors, medical practitioners, diagnostic centers, and hospitals.

Conduct regular visits to healthcare partners to increase referrals and strengthen collaboration.

Organize and participate in health camps, awareness programs, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and promotional activities.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

Manage and mentor field sales executives (if applicable) to ensure optimum performance.

Track and report KPIs, patient acquisition metrics, and sales outcomes to senior management.

Ensure brand visibility and awareness across the territory through planned marketing and outreach initiatives.

Coordinate with the hospital's internal departments (marketing, patient relations, operations) to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
