This role demands market leadership, relationship management, and the ability to deliver consistent revenue growth across Kerala. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Drive B2B sales growth across dealers, sub-distributors, architects, designers, and contractors. Develop and execute strategies to expand market share in assigned territories. Build, manage, and nurture long-term client and channel relationships. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs. Lead and mentor sales teams to achieve regional business targets. Ensure consistent revenue generation and brand visibility across markets. ✅ Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales/Marketing (B2B, building materials, or related industry preferred). Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Must be based in Kerala with strong local market knowledge.
