Manage a team of RMs under Commercial Vehicle Finance Business (MHCV, CV-WC, LCV, Branch, UCV) covering an area consisting of various hub and spoke locations. The area could be a city, district or a state depending upon the business portfolio. The role involves business development of Commercial Vehicle business in the area assigned to him. The ASM is required to meet/achieve annual business targets and manage the portfolio quality with the help of the team comprising of Relationship Managers. The ASM should foster a healthy and cordial relationship with all other internal and external stakeholders. To drive cross sell of other banking products in the area through various available channels. Prepare Senior RMs for next level responsibilities. Ensure Regular training of the team on internal process and policy, new initiatives of bank etc. Regular interaction with manufacturers and dealers for market input.
