Area Sales Manager - Toys

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement:

Ensure monthly achievement of primary and secondary sales targets as per the business plan.

• Distributor & Retailer Activation:

Identify, appoint, and activate new distributors and retailers within the assigned territory to drive market expansion.

• Payment Collection:

Ensure timely collection of payments from channel partners as per company policies and credit terms.

• Product Placement & Scheme Execution:

Oversee optimal product placement at distributor and retail levels. Execute trade schemes and promotions effectively to drive sales.

• Sales Closing & Reporting:

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly primary and secondary sales closures with accurate reporting and analysis.

• Territory Management & Travel:

Regularly travel across the assigned region to monitor market activities, strengthen partner relationships, and ensure sales coverage and growth.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years in a regional management role.
• Strong knowledge of channel sales, trade marketing, and territory planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Should be from the Toy industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
