Experience: 8–12 years | Industry Preference: Building Materials (AAC, Cement, RMC, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth through builders, contractors, architects, dealers & govt. projects.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, site demos, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain client & channel partner relationships.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to support strategy.
• Achieve monthly/annual sales & collection targets with regular MIS reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales & marketing of construction/building materials.
• Strong networking & negotiation skills with ability to close deals.
• Ability to lead a sales team and coordinate with factory/dispatch teams.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
