Job Description

Job Title:

Area- Karnataka & Tamilnadu

Reports to:

Experience Level:

Responsible

Key Responsibilities:-

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales & distribution targets for the assigned area.
Manage distributor operations ROI, stock planning, claims, secondary/tertiary sales.
Expand numeric & weighted distribution; ensure full market coverage.
Execute trade promotions, visibility plans, and retail activation.
Lead and coach Sales Officers/TSEs; ensure productivity and route discipline.
Conduct regular market visits to track competition, pricing, and consumer trends.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners.
Provide accurate sales reports, insights, and competitor updates to management.

Strong FMCG sales & distribution management
Team leadership & negotiation skills
Data-driven decision making
Market understanding & execution excellence

Qualifications

Graduate/MBA preferred
10 -15 yrs of FMCG sales experience (General Trade ), with at least 3-5 yrs in team handling role.
