Job Description

Z-Power Batteries is a fast-growing energy solutions company specializing in solar panels, batteries, and new-energy products. We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) with a strong background in solar channel sales to drive business growth and expand our dealer and distributor network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage channel sales through dealers, distributors, and EPC partners
• Appoint, train, and motivate channel partners to achieve sales targets
• Drive territory growth, market penetration, and brand visibility
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with disciplined reporting
• Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing strategies

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in solar panel / renewable energy sales
• Strong exposure to channel sales, dealer & distributor management
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
