Role: Sales Manager – Konkan Region (Decorative Paints) Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence in the Konkan region. The candidate must have a solid background in the decorative paints industry, strong leadership qualities, and a proven record of driving sales growth. This role involves managing dealer/distributor networks, building customer relationships, and ensuring consistent business development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver maximum performance. Expand and strengthen dealer/distributor networks in the Konkan region. Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Ensure timely collections, maintain healthy cash flow, and profitability. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the paint industry (mandatory). Graduate degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
