About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Area Sales Manager / Sales Officer to lead sales initiatives in Jaipur. The role demands expertise in FMCG sales, wholesale distribution, and modern trade channels. Prior experience in the dhoop and agarbatti industry will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals in the assigned territory.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and modern trade partners.
• Drive product placement, visibility, and sales growth across channels.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets with timely reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG/wholesale/modern trade.
• Experience in dhoop and agarbatti segment preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle market challenges.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
