Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee
daily branch operations
, ensuring efficient processing of construction finance products (e.g., disbursements for home construction).
Lead,
mentor, and motivate the branch team
, including credit officers, loan processors, and support staff. Encourage a collaborative culture.
Drive
business growth
by promoting construction finance products, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and growing the branchs loan book.
Manage
customer relationships
, ensuring high satisfactionfrom application to disbursement stages.
Conduct
market penetration
efforts—identify and tap into local contractors, developers, or builder segments for potential clients.
Monitor branch
KPIs
, analyze performance, and submit regular reports to senior management; propose improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

7+ years
in team leadership/handling roles in financial services, preferably with home construction financing experience. iimjobs.com

Bachelors or Master’s
