Area Sales Manager Retail (Apparel)

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing retail operations across 5-6 stores in Mumbai. You should have a background in fashion/clothing brands and possess strong team management and sales-driving capabilities. Your role will involve managing store performance, training store staff, ensuring brand standards, and driving overall growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee daily operations of 5-6 retail stores across the Mumbai region - Monitor individual store performance and drive monthly sales targets - Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high performance and adherence to brand guidelines - Conduct regular store visits to audit visual merchandising, product placement, and customer experience - Execute local marketing strategies and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team - Analyze sales trends, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to senior management - Ensure inventory control, stock levels, and minimize shrinkage across stores - Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent after-sales service Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in retail operations (preferably in clothing/apparel brands) - Strong team management and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to analyze numbers and make data-driven decisions - Willing to travel across Mumbai for store visits - Graduate in any discipline; MBA (Retail/Marketing) preferred Please note that the job is full-time with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the designated locations.,
