- Develop and adhere to the Permanent Journey Plan for meeting key distributors
- Oversee and enable the achievement of sales target
- Responsible for adding additional retail outlets and converting to Prithvi retails outlets
- Ensure all advertisement/ branding requirements at Distributors end and retail shops are in place (providing A boards, displays, etc.)
- Ensure expected sales growth per distributor
- Orient the sales team on new products and sales pitch
- Orienting new sales executive
- Ensure sales team cost within the budget limit
- Responsible for on time addressing of distributor/retail outlet complaints
- Develop and manage efficient distribution network for sales
- Responsible for developing a Second line
