Direct Reporting manager of 8-10 BSM and SO (Off Role)
Report and follow up to team.
Regular Visit of location and doing meeting with teams for good quality of work and create good portfolio.
Maintain 100% Collection without any NPA and DPD Clients.
Discussion with Credit teams to declined Cases properly and re-look the cases
As a Area Business Manager (BSM) specializing in Loan Against Property (LAP) and Micro LAP products.
Monitoring portfolio of branch LAP product (Secured Loan)
Sourcing Business through Team Management
Candidate should be majorly in LAP
Candidate who are managing both HL/LAP will work but they should be keen to manage pure LAP.
Should have Minimum 5+ Year of experience in
Education - Graduation
Should be Stable
GAP - not more than 6 Months
Rehire - NO
ROI - 13-22%
Ticket Size - 10 Lakhs to 1 Cr
Age - 40 (Incase of any good candidate can discuss separately on Age)
Cibil - 680 (incase candidate has genuine reason and proof for low cibil than can take approval for 650)
