Take complete responsibility of the Sales Depot / C&F with respect to stocks/inventory, sales, collections and the smooth running of the C&F.
Monitor dealers routinely to check if they grow both on Volume and Value over previous year(s), check their payment performance and study opportunities to grow the business. Also evaluate potential threats and develop alternative plans.
Nurture existing channel network and continuously strive to expand the sales network
Provide personal leadership to sales and BD teams and drive monthly incentive programs.
Constantly look at how sales team can increase the number of product categories that can be sold at each dealer counter
Plan and execute all BTL events like Paint Contractor Meets, Shop Meets, Kiosk Activities etc with the help of STs / BDs and ISCs timely. Also ensure that POSMs and Signages are effectively deployed to ensure brand visibility in the territory.
Address Dealer/Paint Contractor grievances (if any) in time and close them
Closely monitor business development at all Tint Machine Dealerships.
