Job Responsibilities : - Purpose: Key Accountability : - Sales Target, Market Development & Penetration, Customer Satisfaction, Team Development. Key Decision : - Propose introduction/discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition. - Implement and Monitor strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales, TP and improve market share of Starlite on a sustainable basis. - Strategically build Sales Team and Channel for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships.
