Area Sales Manager (Medical Equipments)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving territory sales targets by promoting bio-medical equipment and services to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare facilities. Your main focus will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams. It will be your duty to identify new business opportunities, expand market reach, and increase sales revenue. Additionally, you will need to conduct market research to understand competitor strategies and customer needs. You will be required to prepare and execute sales forecasts and strategic plans for the assigned area, as well as develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Coaching and mentoring sales representatives to enhance sales productivity and conducting joint field visits with sales executives to engage with healthcare professionals will also be part of your responsibilities.
