Area Sales Manager (Medical Equipments)

The primary responsibility of this role is to achieve territory sales targets by promoting bio-medical equipment and services to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare facilities. You will be required to develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams. Additionally, identifying new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and increasing sales revenue will be crucial aspects of this position. Market research to understand competitor strategies and customer needs will also be a key part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to prepare and execute sales forecasts and strategic plans for the assigned area, as well as to develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Coaching and mentoring sales representatives to enhance sales productivity will also be a part of your role, along with conducting joint field visits with sales executives to engage with healthcare professionals. Candidates with experience in medical equipment sales of 7 to 10 years are preferred for this position. The job type is full-time with a salary range of 35000 to 60000 per month.
