Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Post job openings on job boards and company platforms
Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives
Assist with documentation and onboarding formalities
Perform other HR\-related tasks as assigned
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts
Good organizational and time\-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
