1) Driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within a specific geographic area
2) Managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and analyzing market trends.
3) Achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned area.
4) Creating and executing plans to expand the company's customer base and market share.
5) Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and team goals.
6) Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and distributors.
7) Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
8) Negotiating contracts and closing sales to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards
9) Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
10) Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the CPVC, UPVC, Pipe and Fitting products and their applications.
11) Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Should be well versed with CPVC, UPVC Pipes and fitting products.
- Preferred from local candidate.
