1. Responsible for Primary and secondary sales to the distributor.
2. Responsible to ensure all that the SO/PSR are working as per the beat plan.
3. Appointment of the distributor in the allotted territory as per the coverage plan.
4. Maintain inventory with the Distributor as per the set norm.
5. Achieve sales target for the entire team as per the ABP.
6. Communication of monthly target to our CP
7. Report primary and secondary sales to the sales head on a daily basis
.8. Report to the sales head on weekly/monthly basis as per the given format.
9. Check on competitors activity and report the same to the sales head.
10. Impart on field training and in-house training to all SO/PSR.
