1. Responsible for primary and secondary sales to the distributor 2. Responsible to ensure that all the ASM/SO/PSR are working as per the beat plan 3. Appointment of the distributor in the allotted territory as per the coverage plan 4. Maintain inventory with the distributor as per the set norm 5. Achieve sales target for the entire team as per the ABP 6. Report primary and secondary sales to the Distributor owner, Managing director and franchisee manager of Parle agro 7. Report to Managing director and franchisee manager on weekly/monthly basis as per the given format 8. Check on competitors activity and report the same to the Managing director and franchisee manager 9. Impart on field training and in-house training to all ASM/SO/PSR 10. Coordinate between AM and plant to make sure that dispatch to distributor is done in stipulated time 11. Reporting quality complaints to Managing director/Franchisee Manager 12. Keep o striving for increasing realisation 13. Conducting monthly meeting of all ASM/SO/PSR
