Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • To meet the hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic labs, blood banks etc.
  • Generate new customers and increase business.
  • Implementing the company strategy in proper way to enhance business.
  • To make sure the availability of company services to the customers.
  • Handling of payments of clients.
  • Implementing the promotional strategy of the company.
  • Coordination with local as well as central lab and other sales team.
  • Handling the clients query.
  • Tracking of competitors activities.
  • Promoting all diagnostics lab related services available with Manipal Trutest.
  • Organizing CME, camps for the clients.
  • Arranging meetings and conduct panel discussion for doctors coordinating with HO.
  • Monitoring the distribution of flyers and promotional materials/ Soft copies of services.
  • Promoting brand to hospitals and other healthcare organizations.
  • Promoting for tie-up and MOU with all healthcare organizations.
  • Business Development, Client Relationship Management,
  • New Market Development
  • Ensured successful ramp up of business assignments

Desired profile:

  • Should have experience in diagnostics or capable of understanding basic knowledge of all Pathology departments such as Bio-Chemistry, Hematology, Serology, Molecular Biology, Cytogenetic etc.
  • Generating and growing business for the company by promoting Services range and implementing Sales strategies.
  • Speedy local territory sales decisions.
  • Maintain and review proper Sales funnel and update on a weekly basis.
  • Maintaining good relations with all key Clients and main labs in the territory
  • Build long-term relationships with the end users in the assigned territory by meeting customer needs.
  • Executing our aggregation strategy to lead and win local clients.
  • Being the first contact point for local client escalations.
  • Forecasting sales for the state.
  • Attend internal or external meetings related to Services portfolio.
  • Support customers with clinical expertise.
  • Ensuring onsite training for the new installations and ensure customer receives adequate clinical support.
  • Direct Sales achievement for select predefined accounts.
  • Should motivate in implementing the overall team goals and objectives.
  • Must supervise, train and guide team members and mediate help to resolve any interpersonal issues.
  • Providing constructive feedback and must help inspire the team to push targets ahead.
  • Optimum utilization or our technology when and wherever trainings are conducted or to be organized.
