ob Title: Fashion Designer Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Head of Design Department: Design About the Role: We are seeking a highly creative and trend-savvy Fashion Designer to join our growing clothing brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating original clothing designs that align with our brand’s aesthetic and market demands. You will work closely with the design, production, and marketing teams to develop collections that are innovative, commercially viable, and fashion-forward. Key Responsibilities: Research fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques to inspire fresh designs. Create original sketches and technical drawings using design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D). Develop seasonal collections in line with brand identity and customer profile. Select fabrics, embellishments, colors, and trims for each design. Oversee prototype development and work with pattern makers and sample machinists to ensure the perfect fit and finish. Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are produced cost-effectively and within deadlines. Present design concepts to internal stakeholders for feedback and approval. Attend fittings and make adjustments based on feedback and wearability. Monitor fashion trends and competitors to ensure our brand stays ahead of the curve. Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand's ethos and market positioning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field. 2+ years of experience in fashion design (or relevant internships for junior positions). Strong portfolio showcasing fashion design work and creative process. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop). Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and textiles. Strong understanding of fashion market, target demographics, and trend forecasting. Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills. Passion for fashion, innovation, and sustainability. Nice to Have: Experience designing for a specific niche (e.g., streetwear, womenswear, athleisure, etc.). Familiarity with tech packs and garment specification sheets. With a strong design aesthetic and a loyal customer base, we’re expanding into the wholesale and retail partner space — and we’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead the charge. Who We're Looking For: A confident, well-spoken, and organized female sales professional who understands the fashion industry and knows how to build strong relationships with boutiques, multi-brand stores, and retail partners. You should have a passion for women’s fashion, great communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new wholesale and B2B clients across national and international markets. Build and manage relationships with fashion retailers, department stores, and distribution partners. Present seasonal collections to potential buyers and retail partners (in person and virtually).
