We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Goa. Join KiaOra Food and Beverages LLP, a leading importer of premium alcoholic beverages, and play a key role in growing our footprint in one of India's most vibrant markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our premium alcohol portfolio to bars, restaurants, hotels, and retail outlets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with distributors, retailers, and industry stakeholders to maximize market reach.
• Conduct engaging product presentations and tastings to educate clients on our unique offerings.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and distribution agreements to meet sales targets and ensure profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
• Set and execute sales strategies to drive regional revenue growth and market share.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to deliver outstanding performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in alcohol/beverage sales, preferably with importers or distributors.
• In-depth knowledge of the Indian and local alcohol market, including regulatory frameworks and consumer behavior.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Goa region.
• Wine knowledge is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Professional and tidy appearance.
