Area Sales Manager- General and modern trade - Beauty and Personal care

As an Area Sales Manager at The Wellness Shop, you will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales in Karnataka for both general trade and modern trade. Your role will involve appointing, managing, and developing channel partners, distributors, and retailers. You will need to execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, conduct regular market visits for brand visibility, and train field sales executives. Additionally, you will analyze sales data, ensure timely collections, and manage credit effectively.
