The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for driving overall sales performance across assigned stores and territories. This includes managing store-wise revenue, leading the Sales Leads, In-store Promoters, and Store Incharges, overseeing B2B and institutional sales, ensuring team discipline, and maintaining product mix and pricing strategy. The ASM plays a leadership role in building high-performing sales teams and improving store profitability.
