Key Account Manager - JD

We, Coempt Edu Teck, are looking for dynamic and experienced Large Account Managers in Software Sales/ Educational Software Products/ Examination Solutions, etc, to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, manage the sales of a company's products or services to large organizations or institutions, such as universities, Government Higher education, Government Agencies, Autonomous universities etc.

As a Large Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, setting sales targets, and ensuring the achievement of revenue goals. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

 

·        Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

·        Identify and pursue new business opportunities and large accounts such as universities, Government Higher education, Government Agencies, Autonomous universities etc.

·        Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.

·        Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.

·        Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

·        Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.

·        With end-to-end knowledge of the Tender process and bid submission

 

Requirements

 

·        Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Any PG is an added advantage.

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales, with proven leadership experience.

·        Strong understanding of software products & services, and industry trends.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·        Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

·        Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

·        Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
