Job Description

As a Distributor and Territory Manager in the Solar, Inverter, or Battery industry, you will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with all distributors and monitoring sales activities. Your role will involve understanding channel development, including forecast planning, sales planning, and target delivery in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). You will also be accountable for ensuring on-time collection and collaborating with distributors on Market/WOD planning to achieve market share objectives. An essential aspect of this role is your ability to explore new markets, build customer relationships, conduct market research, and interface with commercial and supply chain functions. Your expertise in dealer distributor management will be crucial for success in this position. In addition to managing distributors and territories, you will need strong data management and report analyzing skills to drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-4 years of experience in the Solar, Inverter, or Battery industry. This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day with the potential for performance bonuses based on results. Preferred candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in Solar Channel Sales or Projects.
