Job Summary:

We are hiring a result-driven Area Sales Manager (Zonal) to lead inside sales and drive franchise outlet performance across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will manage sales executives, ensure franchise targets are met, and boost regional sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor inside sales and franchise performance within the zone
• Achieve and exceed monthly outlet sales targets
• Supervise and support sales executives and outlet staff
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies
• Track leads, conversions, and maintain daily sales reports
• Conduct regular visits and audits to franchise outlets

Requirements:

• 2+ years in franchise/inside sales
• Strong team leadership & communication skills
• Proven track record of target achievement
• Knowledge of franchise operations preferred
• Must be willing to travel within the assigned zone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Melattur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• B2B sales: 2 years (Required)
