Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Business Development

  • Drive revenue targets and achieve sales goals assigned by management.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Generate new leads from hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare institutions.
  • Conduct presentations to owners and senior management of prospective clients.

Relationship Management

  • Build professional relationships with stakeholders through engagement activities.
  • Follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close orders.
  • Maintain strong networking with industry KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
