Area Sales Manager - Decorative Paints & Putties

As a Sales and Marketing professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Decorative Paints & Putties manufacturing industry, your role will involve promoting and selling the Paints & Putties products within the communities of dealers, distributors, and other interested parties. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling Channel Sales effectively. - Implementing all promotional activities to drive product visibility. - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing project partners to encourage them to recommend our products to clients. - Finalizing orders by providing clients with the best sales experience. - Resolving client queries and ensuring they understand all technical and non-technical aspects of their projects. - Covering the assigned areas/territory and identifying new projects. - Utilizing your good communication and selling skills to effectively interact with clients. - Demonstrating a proactive and self-driven approach in your work. - Leveraging your market knowledge of the particular zone to drive sales. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA in Marketing or any graduate degree. - Result-oriented mindset on a daily and monthly basis. - Presentable and fluent in English and the local language. - Experience in handling primary and secondary sales.
