Your responsibilities will include developing the Central & Gujarat region, ensuring product availability, managing KPIs of Master dealers, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will also be responsible for building brand awareness, updating sales policies, providing training to the sales team, and fostering strong relationships with clients. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience with customer relationship software tools, a willingness to travel, proven experience as an area sales manager, and the ability to implement effective sales strategies. A bachelor's degree in business management or marketing, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent presentation skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets are desirable qualities for this position.
