Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead and drive the growth of our product portfolio consisting of Potato Chips, Fryums, Kurkure, Namkeens, Popcorns, and Juices. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing key accounts, and expanding market share within your assigned territory. Your ability to develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers, combined with strategic sales initiatives, will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility for our product range.Manage and grow relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to drive revenue growth.Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions when necessary.Train, motivate, and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product positioning and promotional strategies.Ensure timely and accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
