Area Sales Manager - Car

Role Overview: As an Area Sales Manager (ASM), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within a specific geographical area or territory. Your key tasks will include developing sales strategies, leading sales teams, ensuring sales targets are met, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing sales data, and contributing to the company's overall sales performance and market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Source Used Car Loans and meet targets - Develop channels and partnerships - Identify and establish tie-ups with dealers and re-sellers - Resolve Post Disbursement Document (PDD) issues - Manage collection of Used Vehicle Loans - Build and lead a high-performing sales team - Achieve business plan targets - Manage portfolio in coordination with Operations and Collection teams - Conduct asset verification for cases under processing - Oversee Car loan business across the assigned geography - Conduct regular review meetings with line managers - Ensure thorough checks on Early Delinquencies (EDs) and Non-Starter (NS) cases - Generate business by identifying and selling prospects while maintaining relationships Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or financial services industry - Strong leadership and team-building skills - Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of asset verification processes - Proficiency in portfolio management Please note that no additional details about the company were provided in the job description.
