Area Sales Manager (ASM)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with builders, developers, and channel partners in the region.

  • Prime Home Loans

  • Deliver sales targets in line with business objectives and profitability.

  • Monitor and guide sales officers to achieve productivity benchmarks.

  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and develop strategies to capture market share.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

  • Enhance customer experience by ensuring seamless processing of home loan applications.


Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

  • 5 to 8 years

  • Proven track record of handling builder accounts and driving business volumes.

  • Strong network with developers, builders, and channel partners in Bangalore market.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
