Job Summary

high-energy, self-driven field sales professional

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Development

  • Identify and appoint

    new dealers

    in the assigned territory.
  • Build long-term business relationships with distributors and channel partners.
  • Train dealers on product features, pricing, and sales positioning.

2. Field Sales & End-User Visits

  • Visit fabrication workshops, engineering companies, and industrial customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable BDS solutions.
  • Perform

    live product demonstrations

    of magnetic drilling machines and annular cutters.
  • Generate inquiries, prepare quotations (with support from office team), and close sales.

3. Technical & Commercial Expertise

  • Clearly explain technical features of our premium products.
  • Position German quality and value-for-money benefits.
  • Collect competitor intelligence and update management.

4. Sales Targets & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain visit reports, dealer updates, and CRM/customer records.
  • Participate in exhibitions, product trainings, and dealer meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

    OR

    strong experience in technical field sales.
  • Experience in selling industrial tools, welding machines, power tools, or machinery.
  • Strong communication, confidence, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct demos and explain technical features.
  • Ready for extensive travel within the territory.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and negotiation skills.
