Job Summary We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven field sales professional to expand our dealer network in India. The candidate will develop new dealers, support existing dealers, conduct end-user visits, provide product demonstrations, and close sales of premium German-made machinery. Key Responsibilities 1. Dealer Development Identify and appoint new dealers in the assigned territory. Build long-term business relationships with distributors and channel partners. Train dealers on product features, pricing, and sales positioning. 2. Field Sales & End-User Visits Visit fabrication workshops, engineering companies, and industrial customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable BDS solutions. Perform live product demonstrations of magnetic drilling machines and annular cutters. Generate inquiries, prepare quotations (with support from office team), and close sales. 3. Technical & Commercial Expertise Clearly explain technical features of our premium products. Position German quality and value-for-money benefits. Collect competitor intelligence and update management. 4. Sales Targets & Reporting Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain visit reports, dealer updates, and CRM/customer records. Participate in exhibitions, product trainings, and dealer meetings. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering OR strong experience in technical field sales. Experience in selling industrial tools, welding machines, power tools, or machinery. Strong communication, confidence, and presentation skills. Ability to conduct demos and explain technical features. Ready for extensive travel within the territory. Strong follow-up discipline and negotiation skills.
