We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our Business Development team at IBEM Solutions LLP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving defined sales targets. This role involves extensive fieldwork and client interaction across the Delhi-NCR region. Responsibilities Identify and acquire new business opportunities to expand the client base. Conduct 3 to 4 face-to-face client meetings daily across the Delhi-NCR region. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management. Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and client interactions. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
