Area Sales Manager - Assistant Manager

As a Service Manager, your role will involve managing, training, and providing guidance to the Service team in your assigned territory. You will set reasonable service targets for the team and monitor their performance to ensure they meet or exceed these targets. Collecting customer feedback and updating senior management will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will travel to potential and existing customers within your service area to present company offerings and build brand awareness. Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers will help in closing service requests. Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and implementing a service management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects will also be part of your duties.
