Job Description

As a Service Manager, your role will involve managing, training, and providing guidance to the Service team in your assigned territory. You will set reasonable service targets for the team and monitor their performance to ensure they meet or exceed these targets. Collecting customer feedback and updating senior management will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will travel to potential and existing customers within your service area to present company offerings and build brand awareness. Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers will help in closing service requests. Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and implementing a service management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects will also be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Managing, training, and providing guidance to the Service team - Setting and monitoring service targets for the team - Collecting customer feedback and updating senior management - Traveling to potential and existing customers to present company offerings - Utilizing various communication methods to close service requests - Developing and sustaining long-term customer relationships - Implementing a service management process to prioritize key customers and prospects Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Distribution sales in EDC, fintech, Banking, or Insurance - Ability to set and track sales targets for the team - Strong communication and leadership skills - Knowledge of Excel is preferred About the Company: The company follows a process-driven structure with low ambiguity, emphasizing merit and mutual respect.
