Area Sales Manager - Assistant Manager - Hubli

You will be responsible for managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the Service team of an assigned territory. Your role will involve setting reasonable Service targets for the team, monitoring their performance, and motivating team members to meet or exceed service targets. Additionally, you will be collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management. Traveling to potential and existing customers within the assigned service area to present company offerings and build brand awareness will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close service requests. Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers will be crucial. Implementing a service management process to assist the service team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects is also expected from you. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Distribution sales in EDC, fintech, Banking, or Insurance sectors. Setting and tracking sales targets for the team, reviewing the Sales Team, and researching methods to increase customer engagement are important aspects of the position. You will be handling the assigned territory for Oil and Gas, therefore good communication and leadership skills are required. Knowledge of Excel is beneficial but optional.
